How many people can you accommodate for a group picnic?

We are currently able to accommodate up to 10 people. If you have a slightly larger group than that, send us an email and we are happy to try and accommodate you and your party.

Can I bring my own food?

Absolutely! For your convenience, we also offer different add on options for food. Click on the ‘pricing’ tab at the top of the page and scroll down to our add ons.

Where can I have a picnic?

You may have a picnic at your residence or private property.

We also have a few beautiful private venue options and are happy to recommend the best options based on needs.

How does a picnic booking work?

We create a beautiful picnic based upon your contact form selections. We deliver, set up and style your picnic, and have everything ready upon your arrival. You will be greeted then we will leave you to enjoy your experience. We will return at the arranged time to clean up and you’ll be free to enjoy the rest of your day or evening.

How far in advance should I book a picnic?

As far in advance as you can! We need at least 1 week notice to plan/prepare your picnic so it’s not a guarantee we can promise you that specific day. The earlier you book your picnic the more of a possibility we can accommodate all your reservations & requests.

What if there is bad weather?

We allow rescheduling for unforeseen bad weather or emergency reasons. You are able to book the date within a 30 day window from the original date.

If you do not wish to reschedule, we can set-up your picnic in an indoor location of your choice.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Any cancellation (not including bad weather or emergency) will result in the loss of your reservation deposit.

Cancellations are not able to reschedule unless you book a new reservation.
